Wood-suede-wax string

The speaker stand design was inspired by the soft geometry and warm ambience of traditional Japanese lantern lamps. The goal was to blend minimalism with functionality, using lightness and proportion to create a sculptural yet practical object.

The stand was crafted through multiple stages at the wood shop, including precision cutting, sanding, and assembly for structural balance. Laser engraving techniques were incorporated to add subtle detailing, creating a refined, handcrafted finish before final sealing and polish.
